Preparing for Your First Visit

To help us provide the best care possible, please bring the following to your appointment:

  • Your pet's previous medical records and vaccination history
  • A list of any current medications or supplements
  • A fresh stool sample (for wellness exams, if possible)
  • Dogs on leash; cats in a secure carrier
  • Any questions or concerns you'd like to discuss with the doctor

New clients are always welcome. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to complete any intake paperwork.
